Swire Properties Inc tapped award-winning interior designer Steven G. to design a collection of model units within Rise Residences at Brickell City Centre. Located in the epicenter of Miami, unit 1612 boasts a
minimalist,
neutral approach with modern furniture, wooden tones, and greenery to
allow residents to escape the city’s hustle and bustle and unwind in an
effortless, chic home. The inspiration for the three-bedroom unit was to
create an insta-worthy, boho atmosphere by mixing black, white, grays
and neutrals together.

Clean lines, modern finishes and smart home technology all come together at Drewery Place. Debuting as the first high-rise residential tower in Midtown Houston, Melbourne-based real estate and lifestyle developers, Caydon,
inhouse team – Caydon Architecture + Design – curated the spaces to
complement the great outdoors and breathtaking city views with neutral
palettes, wooden textures, greenery and small pops of color.

corner residence is designed with a warm contemporary minimalistic
style by a luxury, Brazilian furniture company, Artefacto. Natural
materials such as linens, stainless steel, and exotic woods are blended
in perfect symmetry throughout the flow-through residence.

finishes and elements converge to create the narrative of wellness and

Piero Lissoni-designed the Villa Collection at The Ritz- Carlton Residences, Miami Beach
to seamlessly blend light and shadows with tropical modern living.
Located in the heart of Mid-Beach in one of Miami Beach’s finest
residential neighborhoods where lake, ocean, and city meet, the
individual two-story villas capture the essence of Miami’s tropical
climate and modern minimalist architecture and will have five different
floorplan types. Incorporating natural materials and detailed Italian
craftsmanship, the floor-to-ceiling windows frame the verdant
surroundings connecting the indoors with the outdoors.
Alaia Belize

Debuting as the FIRST Marriott International Autograph Collection property in Belize in 2020, Alaia Belize will offer oceanfront villas curated by renowned Brazilian designer Debora Aguiar (
who is known for her minimalist, eco-luxury aesthetics).
Located along the tranquil Caribbean Sea, the beachfront villa will
feature interiors with a minimalist design, neutral colored-schemes,
wave-inspired carpets, and wooden textures for a rustic, modern look
with tranquil water views.
The Bolero House

Located in Bay Point, Miami, the Bolero House
is a 6,500-square-foot home that was completely redesigned and reimaged
into a modern oasis. Designed by Adriana Hoyos Design Studio, the team
used natural materials such as light wood and neutral tones for an
instant minimalist feel. All the furniture is part of the Bolero
